Sausage-Beef Chili

Ingredients
  Ground chuck 3 Pound
  Bulk italian sausage 1 Pound
  Chopped onion 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
  Chopped green pepper 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped celery 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Canned beans 15 1⁄2 Ounce (Ranch Style, Undrained)
  Canned stewed tomatoes 29 Ounce
  Canned tomato sauce 29 Ounce
  Canned beer 12 Ounce
  Canned tomato paste 6 Ounce
  Chili powder 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Taco salsa 2 Tablespoon
  Green hot pepper 1
  Dried oregano 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine ground chuck, sausage, onion, green pepper, celery, and garlic in a large Dutch oven, cook until beef and sausage are browned, stirring to crumble.
Drain.
Add remaining ingredients to ground chuck mixture.
Cover; cook over medium-low heat 1 1/2 hours, stirring frequently.
Remove hot pepper before serving.
