Country Chili

Ingredients
  Lean ground beef 2 Pound
  Onions 2 Medium, chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Stewed tomatoes 16 Ounce
  Tomato juice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Tomato paste 6 Ounce
  Chili powder 2 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Red kidney beans 16 Ounce
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Combine beef and onions in 4-quart micro-proof casserole.
Cook on HI, 8 to 10 minutes, or just until beef loses its pink color, stirring once.
Add remaining ingredients.
Stir to mix.
Cover and cook on 70, 35 to 45 minutes, or until hot, stirring once.
Let stand covered, 5 minutes.
