Tri-Colored Pepper Saute

|Vegetable oil||2 Teaspoon|
|Sweet red pepper||1|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm)|
|Dried oregano||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Coat a large skillet with cooking spray; add water and oil.
Place over medium-high heat until hot.
Add peppers, garlic, salt, and oregano; saute 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat, and stir in vinegar.
