Onions are major taste makers for any dish! But green peppers seem to pep up the taste of onions in this Onion and Green Peppers dish! Just try out the Onions and Green Peppers and serve them up with your favorite sauces! Come here and let me know how you've enjoyed them!
Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon
  Onions 6 Medium
  Green peppers 3
  Beef broth 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Melt butter in medium skillet, saute onions about 10 minutes.
Add peppers, cook for 5 minutes more.
Add beef broth and seasonings, cover.
Simmer for 8 minutes more.
Serve at once.
A variation of this is to add 2 whole diced tomatoes just before you cover the vegetables.
