Cook and stir green peppers, onion and raisins in oil in 10-inch skillet over medium heat until green peppers are tender, about 15 minutes.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Microwave Directions: Mix green peppers, onion, raisins and oil in 2-quart microwavable casserole.
Cover tightly and microwave on high (100%) 3 minutes; stir.
Cover and microwave until peppers are almost tender, 3 to 5 minutes longer.
Continue as directed.
