Beef Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients
  Green peppers 4 Large
  Chopped onion 1 Medium
  Butter/Margarine 2 Teaspoon
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Canned tomato sauce 8 Ounce
  Whole kernel corn 8 1⁄2 Ounce
  Chili powder 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Shredded cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Cut off tops of green peppers; remove centers and discard.
Cook peppers 5 minutes in boiling water; drain.
Saute onion in butter until tender; add ground beef, and cook until beef is browned.
Drain well.
Stir in remaining ingredients, except cheese.
Stuff peppers with meat mixture, and place in an 8-inch square baking dish.
Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
Sprinkle tops with Cheddar cheese; bake 5 minutes.
