Roasted Red Pepper Purée

This versatile Roasted Red Pepper Puree adds a bold burst of flavor to all kinds of dishes. Chef Gail show you how to make it in this "How We Do It" Food Channel video.
Ingredients
  Fresh yellow bell peppers/Orange or red bell pepper 2 Medium, roasted,seeds and membranes removed
  Extra virgin olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic cloves 2 Medium, roasted
  Kosher salt 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic and pepper seasoning 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1.In a food processor blend bell peppers, olive oil, roasted garlic, kosher salt and garlic & pepper seasoning.
2.Blend till you get a smooth paste.
3.Cover and refrigerate for use as needed.

SERVING
4.Serve as a topping with hummus.Adds a bold rich burst of flavor to sauces, vinaigrettes, soups, grilled seafood and roasted chicken.
