Stuffed Bell Peppers
|Ears of corn||6|
|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Cut tops from green peppers; remove seeds and membranes.
Cook in boiling, salted water until par- tially done; drain.
Cut corn from cobs; place in skil- let.
Add 1 /2 cup water; cook over low heat, stirring frequently, until water has evaporated.
Add ground beef, onion, salt and pepper; cook until beef is brown, stirring occasionally.
Stuff green peppers with corn mixture; place in baking pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
Garnish as desired.
