Deviled Ham-Stuffed Peppers
|Corn bread crumbs||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Canned deviled ham||4 1⁄2 Ounce|
|Diced celery||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped celery leaves||2 Tablespoon|
|Red pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Green peppers||6 Small|
Soften corn bread in small amount of warm water; combine with all remaining ingredients except pep- pers.
Spoon mixturs into pepper halves; place in deep baking dish.
Add 2 cups hot water.
Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes or until peppers are tender.
