Barbecue-Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Instant nonfat dry milk 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Catsup 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Egg 1
  Day-old bread slice 1 , cubed
  Dry mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Onions 2 , chopped
  Olive oil 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Finely cut onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Worcestershire sauce 3 Teaspoon
  Canned tomato sauce 8 Ounce
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Packed brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Minced parsley 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Green peppers 4 Large
Directions

Remove stems and seuds from peppers.
Combine beef, milk, catsup, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, pepper, egg, bread, mustard, onion arid 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce.
Mix well.
Combine all remaining ingredients; blend well.
Place peppers in baking dish; place 1 table- spoon sauce in each.
Fill with beef mixture.
Spoon 1 tablespoon sauce over peppers.
Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
He,at remaining sauce; serve with peppers.
