Simple Chili

This week finds Rebecca making her homemade, delicious chili. This dish is great for cool evenings and full bellies, so sit back, relax, and see how to make chili, simply good.
Ingredients
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Ground beef 1⁄2 Pound
  Onion 1
  Diced tomato 1 Can (10 oz)
  Beef broth 1 Can (10 oz)
  Chili beans 2 Can (20 oz)
  Canned kidney beans 4 Can (40 oz), drained
  Oregano 2 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika 2 Tablespoon
  Cayenne 1 Pinch
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1. To hot pot add oil and beef and cook until beef is browned.
2. Add onion, and cook until translucent and soft, about 3 minutes.
3. Add beef broth, tomatoes, beans, oregano, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne, salt and pepper and stir to combine.
4. Reduce heat to low and simmer for at least 20 minutes.

SERVING
5. Serve when the beef is tender.
