Hot Pepper Mayonnaise

Ingredients
  Red hot chili 1 (fresh or dried)
  White bread slice 1 , crust removed
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm)
  Egg yolk 1
  Olive oil 6 Fluid Ounce
  Tomato puree 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Using a knife, chop the chilies and discard the sees
2) If using dried chili then soak in some water
3) Using sharp knife, chop the dry chili and then discard the seeds
4) In a shallow dish, pour the water and soak the slice of bread
5) In a food processor add the bread, garlic, egg yolk, and salt and blend
6) Through the feed, add in the oil in a steady stream till the sauce starts to thicken
7) If desired add in the tomato puree
8) Taste and check for the right seasoning and as desired add in cayenne pepper

SERVING
9) Serve the mayonnaise as a dip or use as a spread for sandwiches or burger buns
