Sesame Snow Peas and Red Pepper

Ingredients
  Fresh snow peas 3⁄4 Pound
  Red peppers 2 Large, cut into thin strips
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sesame seeds 1 Tablespoon (Toasted)
Directions

MAKING
1)After washing the snow peas, trim its ends and remove the tough strings.
2)In a large skillet mix snow peas, peppers, and water.
3)Let it boil.
4)After sometime reduce heat and simmer for atleast 3 to 5 minutes or till crisp.
5)Drain the mixture.
FINALIZING
6)In a serving bowl transfer vegetables and sprinkle it with sesame seeds.
7)Toss it.
SERVING
8)Serve it warm.
