Grilled Peppers

Ingredients
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Firm green peppers 4
  Vinegar 1 Teaspoon (a small amount)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl, combine the oil and crushed garlic and keep it aside 1 hour
2. Cut the pepper into strips and discard the seeds
3. Remove the garlic from thebowl mixed with oil,then pour the oil over the pepper strips and spinkle with a dash of vinegar

SERVING
4. Serve hot or cold with beef, fish or chicken
