Raw Veg Pepper Poppers

Ingredients
  Peppers 4 (Bell, Cayenne, Serrano / Poblano)
  Pine nuts/Cashews 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Yellow bell peppers 2 , seeded and chopped
  Juice of lemon 1
  Sea salt 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1 Tablespoon
  Nutritional yeast 1 Tablespoon
  Basil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
Directions

Slice the four peppers in half lenghtwise and remove the seeds.

In a blender or food processor, process the pine nuts/cashews, yellow bell peppers, lemon juice, sea salt and paprika. Add nutritional yeast, basil, cayenne pepper or garlic if desired.

Stuff the four peppers with the blended mixture.
