Green Pepper Stuffing

Ingredients
  Coarsely chopped mushrooms 3⁄4 Pound
  Chopped onion 2 Tablespoon
  Green pepper 1 , seeded, diced
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cayenne 1 Pinch
  Tomato juice 2 Fluid Ounce (As Required)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a skillet, place mushrooms, cover and heat until they are tender.
2. Stir in onion, green pepper, salt and cayenne.
3. Add a little tomato juice just to moisten the mixture.
4. Continue to cook until pepper is soft.
5. Let the mixture cool down completely.

FINALISING
6. Chop the mixture finely.

SERVING
7. Use for stuffing poultry.
