|Tomato juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Garlic powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Salt||To Taste (Or As Needed, If Desired)|
1. Wash peppers with water.
2. Cut them in half and remove seeds.
3. In a saucepan, mix pepper halves with rest of the ingredients.
4. Cover the pan and simmer for about 10 or 15 minutes until peppers are tender.
5. Serve Braised Peppers as snack or mix with cooked mushrooms, bean sprouts and French-style green beans.
