Italian Roasted Peppers
|Peppers||500 Gram, washed & dried|
|Sea salt||1 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||4 , juiced (juice of 4 lemons)|
|Garlic cloves||5 , chopped|
|Olive oil||1 Teaspoon|
Put the peppers in the oven for 10 minutes on high.
Heat for 3 more minutes.
Flip peppers once. Put them back in the oven for 5-7 minutes.
Place peppers in a plate.
Pour the caramelized juice over peppers. (if any released from peppers)
Take off the skin from peppers.
Put the peppers in a bowl.
Add salt, lemon juice, garlic and olive oil to the peppers.
Mix them well.
