Red And Green Pepper Goulash

Ingredients
  Green peppers 1 Pound (3 medium sized ones)
  Red peppers 1 Pound (3 medium sized ones)
  Sweet onion 1 Large, peeled and thinly sliced
  Tomato 1 Large, peeled and coarsely chopped
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Ground red pepper 1 Dash
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Cut peppers in half lengthwise.
2.Take out the seeds and ribs.
3.Make thin slices and keep aside.

MAKING
4.Set the grills at a distance of 5 inches from the coals.
5.Take a square or round foil pan, put oil in it and heat.
6.Cook onions slices in it for 10 minutes until golden.
7.Put peppers, tomato, salt, pepper, red pepper and Worcestershire sauce in the pan and secure it by covering tightly with a foil.
8.Cook for 10 minutes and then take off the cover.
9.Cook further for 10 - 15 more minutes till peppers are soft.

SERVING
10.Serve warm.
