Marinated Tricolored Sweet Peppers

Ingredients
  Sweet red pepper 1 Large, cut into strips
  Yellow pepper 1 Large, cut into strips
  Green pepper 1 Large, cut into strips
  Seasoned rice vinegar 1⁄3 Cup (4.8 tbs)
  Basil 2 Tablespoon, snipped
Directions

Spray a large skillet with no-stick spray.
Add the red, yellow and green pepper strips.
Cover and cook over medium heat about 5 minutes or until slightly tender.
Transfer the peppers to a glass or plastic bowl.
Add the vinegar and basil, then toss until coated.
Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
