Stir Fried Steak And Green Peppers

Ingredients
  Flank steak 1 Pound
  Cornstarch 2 Teaspoon
  Ground ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Sherry 1 Tablespoon
  Peanut oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Green peppers 4 (Cut Into 1/2" Strips)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Place the flank steaks in the freezer till partially frozen, say forty five minutes; trim any excess fat off and slice at on angle into thin sections, crosswise

MAKING
2.In a large bowl, mix together cornstarch, ginger, sugar, soy sauce and sherry and marinate the meat in it for twenty minutes
3. In a large skillet, heat oil, add green peppers, stir fry for a minute, mix in meat and cook till the red color is gone

SERVING
4. Serve over cooked rice
