Stuffed Green Peppers

Ingredients
  Lean pork shoulder 1 1⁄2 Pound (Fresh)
  Uncooked long grain rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Long grain rice 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Uncooked)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Bell peppers 10 Medium
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Tomato juice 1 Can (10 oz)
  Tomato sauce 2 Can (20 oz)
  Tomato paste 1 Can (10 oz)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Clean and cut tops from peppers.
2) Hollow out insides.

MAKING
3) Combine together meat, rice, salt, pepper and paprika.
4) Use this mixture to fill to 1/4 inch from top of peppers.
5) Arrange peppers, open side up, in kettles.
6) Mix together the tomato juice, sauce and paste.
7) Pour the mixture into kettles with peppers.
8) Add in some water if needed.
9) Cook the mixture, covered until done, about 1 1/2 hours.
10) If a hotter dish is desired, one can of hot tomato sauce may be added.

SERVING
11) Serve at once.
