Beef & Mozzarella Stuffed Green Peppers

Ingredients
  Green peppers 6 Large
  Ground beef 1 Pound (Browned)
  Onion 2 Tablespoon, minced
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Cooked rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Tomato sauce 15 Ounce
  Mozzarella cheese 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), shredded
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Halve peppers and remove seeds.

MAKING
2) In a bowl, mix all ingredients except peppers and cheese.
3) Spoon peppers with ground beef mixture.
4) Stack in slow cooker.
5) Cook covered on low 6-8 hours, or high 3-4 hours.
6) Sprinkle with cheese during last 30 minutes of cooking.

SERVING
7) Serve hot.
