Beef Stuffed Bell Peppers

Ingredients
  Bell peppers 8 Large
  Beef 2 Pound, ground
  Onion 1 Large, chopped
  Rice 1 Cup (16 tbs), cooked
  Eggs 2 Small, beaten
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ketchup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Hot pepper sauce 1 Dash
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl mix all ingredients except peppers.
2) Cap and seed peppers.
3) Spoon the mixture into peppers.
4) Arrange in greased slow cooker.
5) Cook covered on low for 9-11 hours, or high 5-6 hours.

SERVING
6) Serve hot.
