1 Medium, cut into 3/4 inch pieces (Red / Yellow / Orange)
2 Clove (10 gm), finely chopped
Reduced sodium soy sauce
1 Break off the tough ends of the asparagus. Wash and cut the asparagus into 1 inch pieces.
2 In a 10-inch nonstick skillet or wok,heat oil over medium heat.Add asparagus,bell pepper and garlic,stir fry for 3-4 minutes or until crisp tender.
3 In a small bowl,mix orange juice,soy sauce and ginger,stir into asparagus mixture.
4 Stir and cook for 15-30 seconds until vegetables are well coated.
