Quick Pepper Butter

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Coarsely cracked black pepper To Taste
Directions

Cream the butter with pepper, roll into a sausage shape in wax paper, and chill until ready to use.
Unwrap and serve with hot corn on-the-cob.
