Barbecued Shrimp With Chili Pepper Mayonnaise

Ingredients
For shrimp
  Large shrimp 900 Gram
  Chili powder 15 Milliliter
  Basil leaves 3 Milliliter
  Oregano leaves 3 Milliliter
  Thyme leaves 3 Milliliter
  Onion powder 3 Milliliter
  Garlic powder 3 Milliliter
  Cayenne pepper 3 Milliliter
  Black pepper 3 Milliliter
  Salt 5 Milliliter
For mayonnaise
  Egg yolks 2
  Safflower oil 250 Milliliter
  Lemon juice 15 Milliliter
  Salt 1 Milliliter
  Tabasco sauce 3 Drop
Directions

Shrimp: Peel and devein the shrimp.
Skewer with bamboo skewers.
Mix the seasonings together.
Sprinkle seasoning on shrimp and grill for 4 minutes on each side.
Serve with mayonnaise.
Mayonnaise: Place the egg yolks in a blender.
With the machine running very slowly, add the oil until a thick sauce is formed.
Add the lemon juice, salt, chili powder and Tabasco.
Turn machine off, pour sauce into a small bowl, serve witl shrimp.
