Big Mix Burgers

Ingredients
  Ground beef 2 Pound
  Canned consomme 5 1⁄4 Ounce (1/2 Of 10 1/2 Ounce Can)
  Cracked wheat 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Hot water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dry minced onion 2 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped green pepper 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Combine the above ingredients.
Form patties from the mixture.
Fry until done the way you like.
For special treat serve on home made mustard buns.
