Fried Green Pepper

Ingredients
  Green pepper 4 , long pieces cut and remove the seed
  Beef mince 225 Gram
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Garlic 10 Gram
  Soya sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Chili powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sesame seed 1 Teaspoon, roasted and ground
  Egg 2
  Flour 25 Gram
  Vegetable oil 50 Milliliter
  Soya sauce 125 Milliliter
  White vinegar 120 Milliliter
Directions

MAKING
1)Cook green pepper strips in boiling water for 5 minutes and then strain.
2)In a bowl, mix onion, garlic, soya sauce, beef and blanched pepper well.
3)Dip pepper smeared mixture in beaten egg.
4)Coat pepper with flour.
5)Heat oil and deep fry pepper.
6)Make sauce by mixing soya sauce, white vinegar and garlic.

SERVING
7)Serve warm with sauce.
