Ham Stuffed Green Peppers

Ingredients
  Green peppers 4 Large
  Chopped cooked ham 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Canned whole kernel corn 12 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Chopped pimiento 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped onion 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Hot sauce 1 Dash
  Processed american cheese slice 4
Directions

Cooking
1) Trim off the top of green peppers and discard seeds.
2) Place peppers in boiling salted water and cook for 5 minutes.
3) Drain and keep aside.
4) In a bowl mix next 7 ingredients.
5) Spoon ham mixture into the peppers.
6) Arrange in an 8-inch square baking dish.
7) Place in oven and bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
8) Drizzle cheese over peppers and bake for further 5 minutes.

SERVING
9) Serve immediately.
