Stuffed Green Peppers

Ingredients
  Green peppers 6 Medium
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Ground chuck 1⁄2 Pound
  Coarsely chopped onion 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Tomato sauce 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Tomato paste 6 Ounce (1 Can)
  Elbow macaroni 3 1⁄2 , cooked, drained (1/2 Of A 7 Ounce Package)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Shredded process american cheese 4 Ounce (1 Cup)
Directions

Cut a thin slice from stem end of peppers; remove seeds and membrane.
Wash peppers and parboil in salted water about 5 minutes.
Cool in cold water; drain.
Melt butter or margarine in skillet.
Add beef and onion; brown meat, stirring often.
Add tomato sauce and paste, macaroni, salt and pepper; mix well.
Fold in cheese.
Fill peppers with mixure.
Arrange in shallow baking dish or pan.
Center on cooking grill.
Cover kettle and cook 25 to 30 minutes or until piping hot.
