Green Pepper Boats
|Green peppers||4 Large|
|Chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cooked rice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Condensed cream of celery soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Tabasco sauce||4 Drop|
|Canned deviled ham||4 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
Remove tops and seeds from peppers; precook 5 minutes.
Cook onion in butter till tender but not brown.
Combine onion, rice, soup, and seasonings; fill peppers with rice mixture.
Make a well in rice; fill with deviled ham.
Place peppers upright in shallow baking dish; add small amount water to cover bottom of dish.
Bake at 350° about 30 minutes.
