Pepper Seared Copper River Salmon
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon, divided|
|Crushed mixed peppercorns||1 Tablespoon|
|Salmon fillets||4 Ounce (113 Gram)|
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Mix 1 tablespoon olive oil, pepper, and salt and rub over top of salmon fillets.
In a skillet, heat the remaining olive oil and butter in saute pan and sear salmon on top-side only until just brown.
Turn over and place on a baking sheet.
Bake in oven for 5 minutes.
