Grilled Pepper And Squash

Ingredients
  Sweet red pepper 1 Large, seeded and cut into wide strips
  Yellow squash 2 Small, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
  Zucchini 1 Medium, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
  Purple onion 1 , cut into wedges
  Fresh rosemary 2 Teaspoon
  Vegetable cooking spray 1
Directions

1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl, tossing gently to combine.
2. Coat grill basket with cooking spray. Place vegetable mixture in basket. Grill over medium-hot coals (350° to 400°) 5 minutes; turn basket, and grill 5 additional minutes.
