Casserole In Six Layers

Ingredients
  Sliced raw potatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sliced celery 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Green pepper 1 Large, finely chopped
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Monosodium glutamate 1 Teaspoon
  Mixed vegetable juices 12 Ounce (1 can)
  Green pepper slices 3 (for garnish)
Directions

In a greased 2-quart casserole, arrange layers of potatoes, celery, ground beef, and green pepper, seasoning with salt and monosodium glutamate.
Pour over vegetable juices.
Garnish with green pepper slices.
Cover and bake in a moderate oven (350°) for 1 1/2 to 2 hours; remove cover for the last 30 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.
