Corn And Green Pepper Fritters

Ingredients
  Capsicum 225 Gram
  Corn 450 Gram
  Sugar 1 Pinch
  Egg 1
  Refined flour 15 Gram (Sifted)
  Baking powder 1 Pinch
  Salt To Taste
  Fat 30 Gram (For Deep Frying, Absorption)
For white sauce
  Butter 15 Gram
  Refined flour 15 Gram
  Milk/Milk and corn liquor 150 Milliliter
Directions

1. Cook the corn in salted water till tender.
2. Combine together corn, sugar, salt, chopped capsicum, egg and white sauce.
3. Mix baking powder with flour and sift over the corn mixture. Mix well.
4. Heat oil. Fry dessertspoonfuls in hot oil.
