Beef & Parmesan Stuffed Green Peppers

Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Finely chopped onion 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Canned tomato sauce 16 Ounce (2 Cans, 8 Ounce Each)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Packaged precooked rice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Green peppers 1 Pound (4 Medium Size)
Directions

Set Power Select at HIGH.
In medium glass bowl, crumble ground beef; stir in onion.
Heat 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 minutes or until beef is brown, stirring once; drain.
Stir in 1 can tomato sauce, water, 1 tablespoon cheese, salt and pepper.
Heat, covered, 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 minutes.
Stir in rice; let stand, covered, 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, cut peppers in half lengthwise; remove seeds and rinse.
Spoon beef-rice filling into each half; place in oblong baking dish.
Top with remaining sauce and cheese.
Heat, covered, 10 to 12 minutes at HIGH or until peppers are tender.
Let STAND, covered, 5 minutes before serving.
