|Green peppers||4 Medium|
|Vodka||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Hot pepper sauce||8 Drop|
|Shredded process american cheese||2 Ounce (1/2 Cup)|
|Salsa/Picante sauce||3 Tablespoon|
Remove tops and seeds from peppers.
Stand peppers upright Break 2 eggs into each pepper.
Add 1 tablespoon vodka and 2 drops hot pepper sauce to each.
Top with cheese.
Preheat grill for 10 minutes.
Bundle wrap each pepper.
Grill at MEDIUM with hood closed until eggs are set, 25 to 30 minutes.
