Celery, Tomato And Red Pepper
|Tomatoes||1 Pound (500 Gram)|
|Red pepper||1⁄2 , deseeded|
|Red chili||1⁄2 , deseeded|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
Choose ripe tomatoes if possible.
Juice them with the celery and red pepper.
Pour into a glass, stir in the chilli and crushed garlic, if using, and add a couple of ice cubes, if liked.
