Consomme with Hot Peppers

|Unsalted defatted beef broth||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Yellow pepper||1⁄2 , seeded and chopped|
|Green pepper||1⁄2 , seeded and chopped|
Combine all ingredients and heat thoroughly.
Portion into hot bouillon cups and garnish with chives if desired.
