Consomme With Hot Peppers

Ingredients
  Unsalted defatted beef broth 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Yellow pepper 1⁄2 , seeded and chopped
  Green pepper 1⁄2 , seeded and chopped
Directions

Combine all ingredients and heat thoroughly.
Portion into hot bouillon cups and garnish with chives if desired.
