Steak & Rice Stuffed Green Peppers

|Rice||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (quick cooking)|
|Water||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Tomato sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Cut green peppers in half, lengthwise; remove core and seeds.
Place peppers in a 12 x 8-inch dish.
Combine remaining ingredients, using only 1/2 cup of tomato sauce.
Spoon mixture into pepper halves.
Spoon remaining tomato sauce over the meat.
Cover with waxed paper and microwave, 10 to 12 minutes, turning dish one-half turn after 5 minutes.
Let stand, covered, 5 minutes.
