Cabbage With Bell Pepper And Cheese
|Green cabbage||1 Pound (1 Small Head)|
|Chopped bell pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Red / Green)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), finely chopped (Small Clove)|
|All purpose flour||1 Tablespoon|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||1 Ounce (1/4 Cup)|
1. Prepare and microwave cabbage wedges.
2. Place bell pepper, garlic and margarine in 2-cup measure. Microwave uncovered on high 1 to 2 minutes or until bell pepper is crisp-tender. Stir in flour, salt and pepper thoroughly; gradually stir in milk. Microwave uncovered 2 to 3 minutes, stirring every minute, until mixture boils and thickens.
3. Pour sauce over cabbage; sprinkle with cheese.
