Herb Stuffed Peppers And Sausages

Ingredients
  Peppers 2 Large
  Onion 1 Large, minced
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  White bread slice 4 , crumbled
  Marjoram 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Celery top 1 , snipped
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Tomato sauce 16 Ounce (2 Cans, 8 Ounce Each)
  Brown and serve sausages 7 Ounce (1 Package)
Directions

1. Start heating oven to 400°F.
2. Meanwhile, halve peppers lengthwise; remove seeds; in boiling salted water, cook, covered, 5 minutes.
3. Saute onion in butter until tender. Add bread, marjoram, thvme, celerv, salt, pepper, and egg; toss.
4. In 10-bv-6-bv-2-inch baking dish, place tomato sauce; set pepper halves in it; heap bread mixture in peppers. Place sausages in pie plate.
5. Bake both 20 minutes. To serve, arrange sausages around peppers.
