Are you looking for Stuff Pepper Recipe? I have a very easy Stuff Pepper Recipe for you. I got this recipe from a food magazine and made some changes during cooking. This turned on really delicious. This can be eaten as Main Course during lunch. I like this healthy Stuff Pepper Recipe. Try it. You will love this dish.
Ingredients
  Hamburger 500 Gram
  Egg 1
  Rice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Italian salad dressing 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic powder 1 Teaspoon
  Tomato sauce 15 Ounce
  Green peppers 5 Medium
Directions

Make a mixture of tomato sauce, 2 tablespoons of Italian dressing and 1 tablespoon garlic. Keep it aside.
Now follow these steps for stuffing.
Step1. Mix hamburger, eggs, garlic, salt, pepper, rice and Italian dressing.
Step2. Clean peppers whole or cut in half.
Step3. Stuff mixture in peppers. Put in microwave dish.

Pour over peppers by above mentioned mixture. Cover it. Cook in microwave on high for 30 minutes.
