Green Chili Con Carne
|Diced stew meat||2 Pound|
|Onion||1 Medium, finely diced|
|Flour||3 Tablespoon (For Dredging)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm)|
|Diced green chilies||1 Can (10 oz) (Ortega)|
|Tomato sauce||8 Ounce (1 Can)|
Roll pieces of meat in flour.
Season to taste with garlic and salt.
Brown meat and add finely chopped onion and chilies.
Continue to brown.
Add tomato sauce and two cans of water
Bring to a rolling boil.
Reduce heat to simmer and cover tightly for about forty-five minutes.
