Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients
  Beef bouillon cube 1
  Canned tomato paste 6 Ounce (1 Can)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ground beef 1⁄2 Pound
  Chopped onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Cooked rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Herbal seasoning 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Shredded mozzarella cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Bell peppers 5 Medium
Directions

Dissolve bouillon cube in tomato paste and water.
Set aside.
Brown ground beef, onion and garlic together.
Drain.
Add rice, seasoning, salt, 1 cup of the tomato mixture and 1/2 cup of cheese.
Slice peppers in half lengthwise and cook in boiling water until almost tender.
Drain and immerse immediately in ice water.
Fill peppers with meat mixture.
Place in lightly greased baking dish.
Pour on remaining tomato sauce.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake in preheated 375° oven for 25 to 30 min.
