Seasoned Beef Stuffed Green Peppers

Ingredients
  Lean ground pork 1⁄4 Pound
  Frozen shrimp 1⁄4 Pound, thawed and mashed
  Green onion stalk 1 , finely chopped
  Water chestnuts 2 , finely chopped
  Garlic salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Wine 1 Teaspoon
  Cornstarch 1 Teaspoon
  Peppers 3 Medium
  Cooking oil 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Oyster sauce 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  White pepper 1 Dash
Directions

1. In a bowl, mix together ground pork, shrimp, green onion, water chestnuts, garlic salt, and wine.
2. Stuff peppers with 1 1/2 teaspoons meat mixture each.
3. Heat flat frying pan with 2 tablespoons oil, fry stuffed peppers with meat side facing down for approximately 2 minutes over medium-high heat. Add seasoning sauce ingredients. Cover and simmer for 8 minutes or until thickened
