Seasoned Beef Stuffed Green Peppers
|Lean ground pork||1⁄4 Pound|
|Frozen shrimp||1⁄4 Pound, thawed and mashed|
|Green onion stalk||1 , finely chopped|
|Water chestnuts||2 , finely chopped|
|Garlic salt||3⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Cooking oil||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Oyster sauce||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|White pepper||1 Dash|
1. In a bowl, mix together ground pork, shrimp, green onion, water chestnuts, garlic salt, and wine.
2. Stuff peppers with 1 1/2 teaspoons meat mixture each.
3. Heat flat frying pan with 2 tablespoons oil, fry stuffed peppers with meat side facing down for approximately 2 minutes over medium-high heat. Add seasoning sauce ingredients. Cover and simmer for 8 minutes or until thickened
