Cheddar And Green Pepper Spread
|Extra sharp cheddar cheese||1⁄4 Pound, coarsely grated (Yellow Colored)|
|Extra sharp cheddar cheese||1⁄4 Pound, coarsely grated (White Colored)|
|Green bell pepper||1 , cut into thin 1 inch long strips|
|Thinly sliced scallion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Bottled)|
|Dijon style mustard||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
In a bowl toss together the Cheddars, the bell pepper, and the scallion, add the mayonnaise, the mustard, and black pepper to taste, and combine the mixture well.
The spread keeps, covered and chilled, for 1 week.
