Beef And Rice Stuffed Green Peppers

Ingredients
  Green peppers 3 Medium
  Ground beef 3⁄4 Pound
  Rice 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (quick cooking, uncooked)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Egg 1
  Water 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Tomato sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Cut green peppers in half, removing core and seeds.
Place peppers in 2-quart (12x7) baking dish.
In medium mixing bowl, combine remaining ingredients, using only half of tomato sauce.
Spoon mixture into pepper halves.
