Braised Green Peppers
|Green peppers||6 Large|
|Garlic||3 Clove (15 gm), pressed and finely chopped|
|Olive oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1. Cut peppers in half lengthwise and remove seeds, ribs, and stems. Place in a 3-quart casserole and sprinkle with garlic. Drizzle on the oil. Cover with a lid.
2. Microwave at Time Cook (power level 5) for 25 to 30 minutes, or until peppers are very soft, stirring occasionally.
